Joe Kreuz, a dedicated alumnus of the School of Management, graduated in 1981 and was a member of the SUNY Golf Team. In 1993, he founded his own business AP Professionals. leveraging his expertise in management to establish a successful career. Joe is married to Cindy Driscoll and currently resides in Kenmore and is a proud father of five children. His commitment to his alma mater continues; he actively supports the UB Foundation, the School of Management, and the Department of Athletics, reflecting his dedication to both academic excellence and athletic achievement.

Paul Ciriello

Men's Basketball

Paul is the Managing General Partner at Fairhaven Capital Partners and a Strategic Advisor to Blake, Cassel & Graydon LLC.  He serves on several corporate boards of director and is a member of the UB Arts and Sciences Dean’s Council.  Earlier in his career, Paul was a United States Presidential Fellow, a senior policy advisor at the United States Environmental Protection Agency and a senior executive at Fidelity Investments. He earned his BA in liberal arts from UB and his MPA from Northeastern University.  

Shaena Kershner

Women's Basketball and Olympic Sports

Shaena Kershner is a native of Altoona, PA and alumnus of the University at Buffalo, earning her MBA from the School of Management. She is an adjunct professor who teaches Sport Management, Sport Marketing, Ticket Sales and Promotion, and International Business courses. She previously held the title of Vice President of Marketing for the Buffalo Bills, where she oversaw all marketing and brand strategy for the organization.

Karl D. Fischer is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in driving sales, marketing, and operations teams to unprecedented success. A certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), Fischer leverages data-driven analysis and process improvement methodologies to deliver exceptional results. He holds a Master's degree and Bachelor of Arts from the University at Buffalo, where he also was a four-year letter winner in football from 1979 to 1982. He served as a football coach from 1983 to 1984.

Tim Hedges

Football

Tim Hedges is an Attorney for The Barnes Firm in Buffalo, NY.  He was a 5-year football scholarship award winner at the University at Buffalo and was recognized as UB’s outstanding student athlete during his time for his athletic prowess, academic excellence and sportsmanship. Tim was recruited to play in the Arena Football League for the Buffalo Destroyers and was accepted into the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he graduated from with honors. Through his career, he has been named National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40 in 2012 and 2013, selected by the National Trial Lawyers as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer, and named a 2014 Super Lawyers Upstate New York Rising Star.
