Joe is married to Cindy Driscoll and currently resides in Kenmore and is a proud father of five children. His commitment to his alma mater continues; he actively supports the UB Foundation, the School of Management, and the Department of Athletics, reflecting his dedication to both academic excellence and athletic achievement.

He earned his BA in liberal arts from UB and his MPA from Northeastern University.

She is an adjunct professor who teaches Sport Management, Sport Marketing, Ticket Sales and Promotion, and International Business courses. She previously held the title of Vice President of Marketing for the Buffalo Bills, where she oversaw all marketing and brand strategy for the organization.

Tim was recruited to play in the Arena Football League for the Buffalo Destroyers and was accepted into the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he graduated from with honors. Through his career, he has been named National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40 in 2012 and 2013, selected by the National Trial Lawyers as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer, and named a 2014 Super Lawyers Upstate New York Rising Star.
